How the Centre is Managed
The Community Centre and surrounding playing fields are held in Trust and vested to a charity called Walpole Parish Foundation and Recreation Trust (WPFRT). The Trust is run by a Management Committee, consisting of a maximum of 18 people (6 Elected, 6 Club Representatives and 6 Parish Councillors), who are the Trustees of the charity.
In brief the aims of the trust are to provide facilities for recreational and leisure time activities to benefit residents of Walpole Parish.
The Management Committee commits their time voluntarily to help to ensure that the trust’s aims are met and to secure the future of the Centre. They are
